 All cancellations will be done after a 10% deduction as transactional fees. Reach out to us at 9227005511 or Hello@plantspurelyy.in for the same and we will get back to you in 24 working hours.

 For cancellations post-dispatch, kindly refuse the order when the delivery attempt is made. Once we get the return order ”, we will cancel your order and initiate the refund.

Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.

Replacements for Damages:

      While we ensure the highest quality when packing each order, there might be very rare circumstances of damage when shipping. 

        In these cases of genuine damages or quality/manufacturing defect, contact 9227005511 or Hello@plantspurelyy.in within 48 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents, including the shipping label on the box and invoice slip inside the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.

        Conditions eligible for replacements are:

         - Water damage to the packaging

         - Tampered or opened the seal of the jar/pouch

         - Broken jar or torn pouch

 

Replacements for Order Mismatch/ Missing Items:

   We double-check all our orders before packing and shipping them to you. 

        However, if you happen to receive your order with the wrong or missing items, contact 9227005511 or Hello@plantspurelyy.in within 48 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents, including the shipping label on the box and the invoice slip inside the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.

In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will help you with a refund. Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
